We are seeking a dependable Assembler to support our client's operations in Gloucester, MA.
This is a full-time temp role.
Schedule: M-F 6 AM-2:30 PM
Pay: $23/hour
The Assembler will perform light electro-mechanical production assembly on moderately complex components while following detailed manufacturing procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and hands-on skills assembling parts, wiring, and sub-assemblies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform electro-mechanical assembly of RF Generators used in industrial applications.
Complete final configuration of externally sourced components to meet customer specifications.
Assemble PCBAs, cable assemblies, cable harnesses, and power supplies.
Conduct fault diagnosis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing findings with manufacturing engineering, quality, and design teams.
Follow all Health & Safety and 6S standards.
Apply lean manufacturing principles in daily activities.
Participate in cross-training and provide training to others as needed.
Work with limited supervision while following written and verbal instructions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Knowledge of basic and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures (English).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to operate assembly equipment such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools.
